First of all, like the others, I need more clarification on what you mean by ‘trouble spots.’ Eating a healthy diet most of the time, combined with vigorous exercise at least 3 times a week, to me, is clearly the way to achieve and maintain optimum fitness. It’s not magic. Martin, I don’t know what you mean by ‘regression?’
