Hello Active Impressions.
To be perfectly frank with you, if the only thing you are willing to share with the Idea Fitness Connect community is that she has large breasts, I am not in a position to recommend any exercises. From my perspective, it’s like asking what exercises do you recommend for someone who has a big head.
I am sure you are aware that the development of an exercise program is based upon the collection of subjective and objective assessments and that there is no such thing as spot reduction.
You haven’t informed us as to whether you performed a postural screen, any fitness testing, the type of work that she does, whether she has any clinical conditions.
Way too ambiguous for me to offer a suggestion.
I agree with both Joanne and Karin here. First of all, I think it shows a certain degree of unprofessionalism on your part by using the word “boobs.” I can’t help but think about how offended I would be were I this woman reading your question posted to a large part of the fitness world. I would suggest you work on your professionalism before even speaking to a prospective client in the future. Otherwise, if the client is not contraindicated for plenty of cardio, that may be the way to go to reduce body fat in general. Keep in mind that everyone loses fat in the reverse order that they put it on.
