I know that people can leave reviews but I only have 3, and I have 18 total ‘Ratings/Reviews Submitted’ so what are the others?

I believe it relates to then number of reviews you left on certifications or workshops you attended as well as the number of thumbs up or thumbs down you’ve submitted.

I’m pretty sure it includes the number of comments that you’ve left on others’ answers, and the number of times that you’ve rated another individual (I haven’t figured out if voting for the best answer counts yet).

I take that number to be those that I submitted on the answers of others.
