What is in your fitness book library?
Oh my gosh, where to begin! I too often refer back to my ACE personal trainer manual as well as my Fitness Professional’s Guide to Musculoskeletal Anatomy and Human Movement. It has a great CD accompaniment that really explains the movements of the body and how different exercises impact different areas. My latest fave is Framework by Dr. Nicholas Dinubile. Its about exercising the body for “functional fitness” and injury prevention. Its a really easy read. I often recommend it to clients who have been suffering from an injury for years and are afraid to work that specific area.
As a triathlete and runner myself, I have numberous books on those topics, as well as books on pre/post natal training (Fit to Deliver being my favorite) and training women since my business focuses on these clients.
