Most people struggle keeping to their work out plan or don’t even have one. There are many different reasons for this and I would like to find out what these are to be able to help more people get over their obstacles and live healthier.
Nothing holds me back personally, I workout everyday
Most people don’t exercise because of time restraints (or so they say)
or injuries as Stephen has said.
I have found that joining a bootcamp is a great motivator!
