I own a Curves fitness center and one of our members has very limited ROM in her knees. What can I have her do to increase her heartrate on the recovery boards? Most members jog on the recovery boards but she can’t.
If your client doesn’t have any upper body limitations/injuries you can use a shake weight, some punching moves, upper body ergometer, exercises with bands (presses, pulls, etc.) or use some dumbbells or weighted bars for some upper body exercises.
