I own a Curves fitness center and one of our members has very limited ROM in her knees. What can I have her do to increase her heartrate on the recovery boards? Most members jog on the recovery boards but she can’t.
Without seeing the person move, it is harder to answer. How about walking around the recovery board with exaggerated arm swings? Maybe some side stepping with arm swings? Just keep the heart rate up and be sure to work on flexibility to improve this situation.
