What is fair rent to pay for utilizing space to teach group fitness classes in Dallas, TX?
Hey, usually it depends on location, size, cleanliness, amenities, type of space and so on, but when I rented space, it was $45 per hour, it was not as clean as I expected, but ok. I recently became a college student and ran into a number of problems that I had never suspected before, so it was hard for me to pay more, for example, we need to write many different written works, which I never did. They are quite difficult to write, and if you are a student and you need buy essays online for college, then this platform https://paperial.com/buy-college-essays-online can help you.
Very much depends on location, size, cleanliness, amenities, type of space, etc.

NYC is more expensive than rural Ohio. A room for 50 people is more expensive than a room for 10. Etc.
We have spaces available in Dallas, TX and outlying areas.
Thank you for your reply Lorraine. Do you feel in the long run paying a set amount per hour instead of a percentage worked best for you? I will be negotiating with the owners that have not rented space before by the hour so I would like to give them a few suggestions in my proposal. I was also able to get my liability insurance added to my profile today 🙂
Hi Debra,
When I rented space, it was $40 per hour (it was a small martial arts center in VA). I was given the option of doing that or a percentage, but I could not change my decision once I got more participants. So I chose the $40 per hour because it seemed like it would be more in my favor in the long run. To edit insurance, go to the My Account page>select the Edit button next to the About Me section>scroll down to the Liability Insurance section and there should be a drop down box there where you can choose your insurance option. Once your option is selected, press Save.
Hope this helps!
