What is are simple, successful incentives to keep clients coming back?
The best incentive is yourself and the service you are providing. If these two parts of the equation fail, then the client will not come back no matter what other deals and/or incentives you are willing to give out. If your clients don’t get what they paid for, then most likely they will take their business elsewhere.

there are none. Clients will keep coming back and/or stay with you when they perceive that what you have to offer matches their needs and produces the results they are looking for.
You can add value to your services by staying on top of the industry, continuing to learn and incorporate this into your programming thus keeping things interesting for your clients. You also need to be able to demonstrate that you are adaptable to changing circumstances but this is just going back to my initial comment about meeting clients’ needs.
