Contracts typically spell out the behavior the client is expected to perform and a reward that will be given to the client upon successful achievement.”

I use it as a responsibility check w/new clients. I get them to capture the emotion of the moment and pen it to paper. Now all I have to do is do what I do effectively, if/when I see less than respectable effort on their part I elude to their “contracted promise to themself” to effect the certain changes listed.
