What is a good software or app to change the bpm’s of a song?

I would like this software for my computer and tablet. I would like to have software that I can use to change the bpm’s of a song individually (and not have it applied to other songs in a playlist)or globally for the entire playlist.

I use MixMeister Express. It is relatively inexpensive ($60) and easy to use. You can also add special effects and merge songs. Mixmeister.com

I used to use Mixmeister, but I lost it in a hard drive crash.

I hear that Audacity is free and has similar but not as extensive function as mixmeister.

Tempo Magic Pro is an app you can use on a handheld device and turn speed up or down on a song.
