Larue’s response is right. make sure you are covered as a trainer where ever you are. Make sure your homeowners insurance covers you, many times they will request you have commercial insurance. It is worth it. And, make sure you are zoned by your city for this business. The city will “shut you down” i know. i opened my first studio in my basement. The neighbors turned me in in less than a month. i was fortunate to find another studio to rent at a price i could afford. Also, it was close to my house. Good luck! Brian Rozzi.
