do you regularly read to stay up to date and get the best fitness and nutrition information? I personally go back to my old certification manuals (and college text books) and purchase new manuals and I love the ACSM and AFAA quarterlies. I could go for a new subscription….suggestions?

Raven, like LaRue, I have membership to NSCA Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research. Too, I have membership to the ACSM and receive their journals on a monthly.
IDEA also has their monthly journal. You can receive that if you take out membership.
