I’m trying to get my marketing going for my in home personal training. I have a facebook page, website and business cards.
My plan is to place business cards and flyers around local areas for my target market (woman, 30s-50s) So I was thinking coffee shops, salons, etc. Anyone have advise on this or have results? How did you build your flyer to catch their attention?

I wrote a blog post called: “Top 10 Tips On How To Design a Yoga Flyer”. Here it is: http://georgewatts.org/2012/05/03/how-to-design-a-yoga-flyer/.

I have also found recently that my youth programs are the most productive for getting more notice in the community. These have been great for the kids and for our program. Most of the adults I work with come to me from physician referrals for specific needs that the therapy community doesn’t get enough insurance support to maintain. And from adults that have gotten no where with the flash and popular/flavor of the week programs. My programs tend to promote themselves. Word of mouth mostly, once I got things going, advertizing was unnecessary.
