What free CECs are included with membership?

For example, what is the amount for ACE? Is it two .1 CECs? or two 1.0 CECs?

I believe that you get to view one CEC video on IDEAfit TV and take the the quiz. I have had the subscription to IDEAfit TV for a while now, so the free CEC isn’t something I need to worry about. I just enjoy the videos to see other presenters and other fitness programming.

Go under “My Courses”

Scroll down.

Then you can look at the courses there and see exactly what CECs are offered for each course.

So, for example, I just copied and pasted the CECs for one of the courses at the top of the list.

I only know of one membership and we receive a tremendous amount of free CEU’s.
You can check the ACE box on the left of the courses page and it will filter all the pre-approved by ACE courses. There are pages and pages of listed CEU courses available for free.
