What foods should be avoided when you have high cholesterol?

It’s not as simple as has been suggested. Genetics may be a factor. What the research and the literature suggest is that minimizing the intake of saturated and trans fats (read the label on the foods your client eats), minimizing alcohol intake, and maintaining an active, vigorous activity lifestyle are the primary factors we can control. Have your client speak with his/her physician to determine clinically how best to control a cholesterol concern.
