What fitness certification is most recognized for employment in UAE?

most qualifications aren’t recocnised by the REPS ( registered exercise professionals) UAE, the legal governing body of all the fitness courses in UAE from August 2013 onwards.
I keep hearing more and more about eta college / exercise teachers academy. their course is apparently a bit longer than other courses but it has the most information and goes in depth, also very practical to.
