What equipment is best for creating a class similar to cross fit and boot camp?
Hello David Lackey,
The one that makes the most sense is to use what your clients like, so they enjoy the classes and come back. After that, choose what works for you: are you mobile (multi use and portable) or in a designated place (heavy duty and durable)? Good luck with your classes.
Take care,
Natalie aka NAPS 2 B Fit.
I use what I have available. For my own classes now, I pick up new pieces as time passes. There are some things that are naturally at the site, so I improvise with those things as well. You might be able to get some old construction equipment tires at the lots where they keep the vehicles or at a local junk yard.
What I mean is, use what you have and use your imagination to figure out how to accomplish what you want. Test any ideas before you use them in a class.
