My partner and I are thinking if taking it for 30 days after great results from our friends. I am also breast feeding and trying for another baby so interested in short term and long term effects.
Personally I do not believe in “diets”. I really don’t believe in “cleansing” and it goes beyond the scope of most personal trainers to advocate or encourage such a plan.
