I agree with Karin. Consult your doctor about this, especially since you are breastfeeding. Just because it worked for your friends it doesn’t mean it will do the same for you. Do some research on the company and on any studies that support their claims about their products. What you see it’s not always what you get. My choice would be to follow a good healthy diet and slowly engage into a well-planned fitness program that will help you reach your goals and maintain them. Talking to a register dietitian for a more detailed plan and information on healthy diet plan might be a great idea. I know many people who have tried similar products and diets for 30 or 60 or 90 days and some got the results they wanted and others didn’t. I prefer a slower and more methodical approach to reach a goal than a quick fix.
