I believe at one time the company called itself ‘Sarah city Workout’

Hi Christine,

I think (someone can correct me if I’m wrong!) it stands for Sarah’s City Workout as the company was formerly known. It was founded by Sarah Kooperman.

Yes It is Sara City Workout—Sara Kooperman. Awesome Convention and Certifications. I go every year.
