remember your body internal organs are made up of smooth muscle and they need food to digest. Liquid will lead to more health issues than dealing being overweight.

Weight loss/fat loss is easy it just takes discipline to say no to foods that we all know are not good for us. Yes they may taste good though if you don’t like your body image. Than eat healthy. Find someone that can help you.

simply put eat veggies, proteins, and very clean. Avoid any packaged, processed, refined products out there.

if it wasn’t here 10,000 years ago don’t eat it.

Anyone can get lean it’s just if you want it bad compared to the other garbage. Which one is more important to you.

I would not recommend it. Liquid calories do not keep you feeling as full as actual food. Plus, they do not teach you better eating habits that you can have for long term healthy weight. If it works, it could be a quick fix, with a good chance to regain the weight you loss.

I wouldn’t recommended for an extended period. There are times when a juice fast can be beneficial under medical supervision. Check out the documentary “Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead” for one man’s journey to cure his autoimmune disease through a 60 day juice fast. Good documentary.

Hello Monica,
I do not believe in a liquid diet for any type of weight loss. This does not promote proper eating habits or balanced nutrition. I takes time to lose wight properly and keep it off. Patience…

Sincerely,
Michael

I too saw the movie “Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead” but I have to say he was injesting calories that were once in the form of “food” and his point was really great however:

A liquid diet is a reflexion of how impatient our society has become and how “lazy” our society has become when it comes to health

It’s all about the quick fix

How about eating real food and daily exercise!!???
