Think it worst idea ever. Think about it a second – If you try one of these “weight loss diets” they are intended to lose weight and you most likely will. However, they are most likely unsafe or at least unhealthy. After you finish you go back to eating your typical foods and you begin the yo-yo effect. Gaining back the weight that you lost after your liquid diet. This is not recommended and is not a healthy way to lose weight.
If you are looking to lose weight do it the real way. Educate yourself on foods that are detrimental to your health. Learn about ingredients and what to cut out. Eliminating foods/ingredients and substituting for healthier options are the long term way to see successful weight loss. It is a proven planned and has worked for myself.
