Do you recommend any other quick on the go bars? What do you think of coffee?
Kisar, thanks so much for your video. It’s really nice. I have to be honest and say that I haven’t had much success with “bars.” I really don’t like them and I prefer to eat food. I keep a small fridge at my studio so I can prepare meals in advance and eat them while I am at work or take it with me if I have clients away from my studio.
As far as coffee is concerned, I LOVE COFFEE!!! I’ve never had it with honey though. I take my black with Splenda.

Addtionally, I like your point about healthier options in fast food eateries. People can make healthier choices and people will use the fast food option. Your sharing may motivate exploration of better options.
