As with any exercise program one gets out of what he/she puts into it. And consider this. How many people buy exercise equipment only to have it turn into an expensive coat rack or door stop.
Sure there are probably better ways to exercise but if the program does one person some good, then there probably is some value there. Actually it has done more than one person good if you search through personal profiles of P90’ers.
Can you get the same or better workout program elsewhere in terms of understanding how this all works? Undoubtedly. Can you get a better workout program cheaper? Maybe. What I don’t think you can get is the “total package” all in one place. That’s the real value that Tony’s program brings to the table, in my opinion.
