I love p90 for somebody who is already fit and used to working out, definitely not for beginners. The exercises are safe and effective. My biggest priority as a Personal Trainer is to keep my clients safe and injury free. The workouts emphasize proper form and I appreciate that. The video is very motivating and well rounded. I’m also a big fan of using minimal equipment and your own body as a “workout tool”. Great program to kick it up a notch.
