What do you like most about taking group exercise classes versus working out on exercise equipment?

Aerobically I prefer a good group fitness class (which I agree Susan very hard to find, I am extremely picky). A good instructor keeps me mentally stimulated way more than equipment. This is why I don’t like running and spinning; they don’t keep me mentally involved enough. I like to be distracted from what I am doing; this does not apply to resistance training; with that I like to focus.
