I like them because for one hour I can leave the thinking about exercise programming to somebody else!

When I find a good group exercise class(which is not easy) I love that I can totally focus on working out and can really push myself:
As a trainer I carry the same attitude about working out as my clients. I like an efficient, well thought out, intelligent workout that I can put my head into and get maximum results!
I never workout with machines, way to boring!
