Time management when you train people at their homes. Avoid driving all over town, keep it organized. Train people in the same area as back to back as you can before driving to another area.
Staying educated, helps keep you motivated.
Also, if you can schedule some group workouts where you can get in a little workout, while being sure to keep your clients as your main focus. If you do that a few times a day it helps get in some exercise if you haven’t been able too.
