What can you tell us about your training philosophy?
1) People are fascinating, and each one is a unique individual who comes to me with a set of assets.
2) My motto is, “Fitness activities for vibrant living,” which encapsulates two things – one, that I have a variety of tools and techniques that can be used (not any one set theory) and two, that most of my clients train with me so they can live and function well as they define it. Athletes aren’t my target market.
3) Sustainable fitness – not only do no harm in the short term, but also engage in activities that will not break down the body over time.
I believe in paying one hundred percent of my attention on the client I am with.
I believe in challenging my clients within their abilities, to motivate them past certain points, to allow them the opportunity to see their successess without taking credit, after all, we as trainers are the providers of knowledge, we are the ones implementing the program, they are the ones doing the work!
