I have been training in Muay Thai Kickboxing for 4 1/2 years and it is hands down the best cardio workout that I have ever done! I’m 40 years old and in the best shape of my life. My school teaches you to fight BUT…you do plenty of work on the bags, mitts, etc. giving you a tremendous cardio workout unlike most people have ever experienced. Since all schools and clubs are different someone who is potentially interested should watch a class before signing up. They will get a really good idea what the class is all about by doing so. Additionally they will be able to get a lot of good info from the students and class members by asking them before and after class. Have fun!
