I’ve heard a lot of controversial things about dairy, although I don’t think there is a lot of research to support it. I recently cut out dairy for about a year while nursing. I felt good and dropped some weight, although I’m not sure if it was the dairy or just cutting out a food group and therefore decreasing calories without really thinking about it. What are your thoughts on dairy?
I understand there are lots of controversial about dairy but it should not be judged by take up dairy or not. Instead, a daily consume of how many calories from dairy should be taken in count. Some dairy are good for example plain (low fat) yogurt which helps in food digestion; low fat milk which are high in calcium (good for your bones) and high in protein but all these are low in calories and fats.
