I am not a vegan. Vegan diet remains as always a healthy diet historically. However depending on your goal set there are several protein chains that can only be retained in meat products and 7 of them are essential for growth and optimum diet. If you are already of a healthy condition, vegan diet is completley acceptable, however if you are in the process of development you will need the addition of quality protein and amino acids.
