Ive been the Personal Training Director for 7 LAfitness locations over the last 2 years. One of the most beneficial things for our members and guests would be to host a weekend bootcamp. The following are some of my favorite formats.
Have one trainer set up 4 different body weight stations across the gym. Examples would be an upper body station, lower body station, core station and conditioning station. Based on the theme of the workout (fat loss, increase muscle, general fitness and endurance) that would determine how kong your at each station
Have 2-4 trainers pick 1-2 of their favorite workouts or specialties and occupy a station. Set up in the format above.
Pick 3-5 machines and 3-5 free weight exercises. Makes sure the free weight exercises incorporate a partner. Lead your group through the two areas going back and forth and incorporating a conditioning exercise in between. Cycle through this for 30-40minutes
