Same as Jocelyn, although I only have an almost 2 year old. I now run a free community group fitness event one night a week, do online coaching, and create virtual accountability groups. I’m hoping to get back to doing bootcamps and training soon, but I’ll wait until my son is ready. The time with him is well worth the wait.
One of my new clients is being held back by fear of the unknown. What if she reaches her goal weight/health status and her “why” doesn’t end up happening? Is it still worth it? It’s a very tough mental block to break through, but we are working on it.
