My children! Don’t get me wrong, I love them with every fiber of my being. They are wonderful little beings and I’m so glad that I get the opportunity to be a full-time mom and part-time trainer. But there are times when I wish I could spend more time training clients. My children are small right now (1yr, 2.5yrs and 6yrs) and they need more of my time. Eventually that will change as they all start school. So I train 3-5 clients 2-3 times a week right now. Hone my skills. Enhance my knowledge through CEUs and certifications. And enjoy the time I have with my clients and little ones. Make the most of what you have and plan for the future success!
