What are you doing for your clients to motivate their New Year 2016

I like to keep my clients motivated by creating an atmosphere of connectedness and membership in a community of fitness minded people. I encourage participation in local fitness events and attending local fitness programs/workshops, etc. I do periodic check-ins with clients where we sit down and talk about how things are progressing, concerns, new goals, new interests, etc. And I attempt to find a motivating incentive that personally fits each client that we can include in their program.
