I’m planning on offering a “buddy system” with a discounted offer for my clients for any new friend/family member/co-worker they bring in, motivating them to help others to commit to a healthier lifestyle. I also plan on doing some educational lectures to help my clients/new clients sort through all of the fitness information out there. It can be overwhelming to newbies with so much contradictory information about wellness & fitness and the lectures will allow them to ask questions and receive educated answers based on the knowledge we trainers receive.
I will also be offering a new workout type (one that I am currently certified in) that can be tailored to each individual & adjusted as the client improves. This will also include helping my clients make better food choices based on their personal goals and their unique body chemistry.
