Workplace exercise programs and wellness programs have been proven over and over to produce better than original investment returns. Many companies resist implementing them because they do not feel that the potential returns will be directly due to the wellness program. And they hate spending money on anything that isn’t directly necessary.
I have pitched these programs to a handful of businesses. I now use a methond that I found to work the best so far. I find out who in the area is imcorporating a wellness program for their employees and ask them to tell me why they are doing it and how well it is working for them. Most places like this are very happy to brag about their program. I have even phrased my question as “Brag about your wellness program for me, please.”
And this has been most effective when I find a competitor providing their employees with exercise/wellness benefits. During the presentation/sales meeting with my target company I will literally say, “Did you know that XYZ is providing their employees with this program? Aren’t you worried that they have the edge on you in hiring and recruiting?” Attitudes change pretty fast when I point out that they are not as attractive in the hiring market compared to a direct competitior.
It isn’t necessary that you make it directly related to yoga to pitch the program. You can of course search online for “yoga workplace wellness statistics”. If you want direct comparison data for selling your program.

I can’t see on your profile where you did your teacher training, but if you are teaching in a particular lineage you might want to look for research that pertains to that lineage specifically.
You might also look at the Kripalu Institute for Extraordinary Living and see whether they are doing work in this area.
