What are the goals of the fitness owner as a business man?
Hello Rajat Iath,
The bottom line, of course, to earn enough money to turn a profit. That means keeping costs down and bringing in clients who will remain. Keeping professional staff who keep the clients safe, happy and healthy. Following a good business plan and knowing when something needs changing/improving. Having stellar communication with staff, business associates and customers/clients to handle all situations timely and well to keep the masses pleased. Stay current with the latest science, fads and CECs to educate the clients and staff appropriately.
Thank you,
Natalie~

Well, I can only speak on behalf of my own goals as a business woman.
1) Profit
2) If not profit, at least break-even so the owner’s survival needs are met through the business
3) Helping individuals and small groups move better, by staying highly trained and aware of current science
4) Developing long-lasting client relationships where we identify and pursue individual-specific goals
