Chops aka high compressive lumbar torque. Very hard to stabilize the spine while performing that movement as there is no specific muscle activation rather a coactivation of different muscle – Very high risk with little benefit.
Abdominal exercises are worthless as abdominals can only hypertrophy very little. Not to mention large compressive forces on back.
Flys when done correctly are an excellent exercise.
Sorry I am very critical – But this industry needs to move in a better direction.
