I enjoy very much type of movements that require a measure of speed, agility and quickness. I enjoy movements like tumbling, and cartwheels. Stuff like, double dutch, short sprints, anything that is short, quick and requires power. I sometimes wish there was a ball pit for adults.
I tried doing the trapeze not too long ago and it was so much fun. When I was younger and doing power lifts I enjoyed that as well. I don’t think there is a movement per se that I enjoy, as far as the outcome is concerned. I simply enjoy the movement.
