What are some of you’re FAVORITE exercises based on both likability and effectiveness?

Personally I LOVE leg raises for abdominal exercises, chops for overall core, and Fly’s for chest work. Leg raises because they cover the entire abdominal region when executed properly. Chops because to me, they’re total body when done accurately. I love fly’s because I feel like they truly stretch each fiber that intertwines to develop nice pectorals! 🙂
