What are some of your favorite nonconventional training tools and accessories?

Battling ropes! I think they provide a great full-body workout, burn a lot of calories and improve the overall physical condition. There are many different ways they can be used and they are safe and injury-free equipment. I use them in all of my classes and my clients love them.
I also like chains, sandbags, glides, tires, backpacks (full of books or weights) and weighted vests.
