Think beyond medicine balls, stability balls, kettlebells, TRX and other more popular training tools. For instance, I use 5 gallon water jugs, sand bags, chains, slosh pipes and so forth. What are some other ideas?
My dog! I call him my dynamic variable resistance device for a mean game of tug. It improves grip strength, core strength and quickness 🙂 It also does wonders for the diaphragm because it causes endless laughter.
