Think beyond medicine balls, stability balls, kettlebells, TRX and other more popular training tools. For instance, I use 5 gallon water jugs, sand bags, chains, slosh pipes and so forth. What are some other ideas?
I use plastic plates indoors for my Glides, outdoors I bring small carpet runners and set up a station.
For in home training I use whatever is available from the kitchen sink for pushups to the couch for triceps dips!
