What are some of your favorite nonconventional training tools and accessories?

I use a heavy hammer for forearm work (pronation and supination) for tennis and other racquet athletes. I use paper towels for quickness and reaction drills (and to improve their hand-eye coordination) for both my athletes as well as my elderly clients. I use tennis balls for just about everyone (suicides, shoulder stabilization, balance drills).
