What are some of the intangible benefits of worksite wellness programs?

By intangible you mean cannot be measured? I would say improvement in mood and a sense of camaraderie are benefits that would be hard to measure.

I would also add stress relief and also team building among the company’s employees. When I lived in Chicago I used to offer corporate fitness training for SEARS and Groupon at their headquarters for many years and I can vouch for the reason I’ve mentioned above.

Increased alertness by getting out of their chair and moving.
Camaraderie.
Improved overall mood.
Improved stamina, less pain while seated.
