What are some new pieces of equipment to add to my in-home business?
I would like to make a few new purchases of equipment that are tried and true (no gimmicky or trendy pieces). I currently have dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, battling ropes, TRX, BOSU, resistance bands, hurdles, gliding discs, and barbells, and boxing gloves/mitts. Any other suggestions? (Would also like to know if anyone uses the Vipr and if it’s worth the investment). Thanks!
Bands, bands, bands (and of course their attachments and accessories). These are wonderfully mobile and diverse pieces of exercise equipment limited only by your imagination in terms of their use!

Hi Christine,
I bought some Active Motion Bars at the last conference, and they have been in daily use ever since. They are like barbells, 5 foot long, and come in weights from 6 to 20 lbs. What makes them unique is that inside each bar are ball bearing that shift during exercises. The whole concept is called ‘Disruptive Movement Training’, it is not only disruptive but also a lot of fun.
I also find them very adaptable to different clients. The light entry level weight of 6 lbs. makes them usable for almost anybody, and the challenges can easily be scaled up and down. Here is a link to the website https://www.activmotionbar.com/.

I would suggest to get either a weighted vest or a rucksack with some bricks wrapped with duct tape (brick are very cheap). The possibilities are unlimited. As for pull up bar I like and us the one below:

I hope this helps.
