My most popular blog post was about how human I am. I wrote about how I struggle to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I think letting clients know we are not machines goes a long way to building trust.

Hi Michael,

Two blogs I have written have generated interest among my target population. They are 10 Reasons Women Need to do Strength Training and HELLO Weightloss Tips (HELLO–Healthy, Every-day, Long-lasting, Lifestyle Options). My main target population is women from the ages of about 30-65 years, and these two topics are a constant stream of dialogue for them! 🙂
